Legacy & Planned Giving
A legacy gift can provide long-term support and help the BRHC Foundation ensure our mission to enhance care and community impact at the Brandon Regional Health Centre continues for future generations. There are various ways to leave a legacy gift:
A Gift in your Will:
If you would like to leave a legacy gift in your will, you can simply name the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation in your will and specify a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or the residue of your estate. You can specify where your gift is to be used by listing a specific program or unit where you would like it to be directed to or you can simply list the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation and it can be used in the area where it is most needed. Once you have made the decision to leave a legacy gift you will require the following information:
- Name: The Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation Inc.
- Address: 150 McTavish Avenue East Brandon MB R7A 2B3
- Charitable Registration Number: 886844794 RR0001
A receipt will be provided to your estate.

Donor Recognition
The Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation has a permanent Donor Wall located at the entrance to the Assiniboine Centre. The wall is the cornerstone of the Foundation’s recognition program and our opportunity to acknowledge the generosity of this community.
The Donor Wall is an opportunity to create a personalized, permanent legacy. Recognition begins at $1,000 and gifts are cumulative, so totals build over time. Recognition categories include:
- Friend – $1,000 to $4,999
- Supporter – $5,000 to $9,999
- Sponsor – $10,000 to $24,999
- Patron – $25,000 to $49,999
- Benefactor – $50,000 to $99,999
- Governor – $100,000 to $999,999
- Legacy – $1,000,000+
Donor Privacy
The BRHC Foundation is committed to donor privacy and will not use donor names for any purpose without prior consent. The information provided by donors, supporters, and other stakeholders, will be maintained accurately in a confidential and secure manner. Information will be used only by authorized staff and volunteers consistent with the activities of the Foundation.
The Foundation does not sell, trade, or in any way distribute donor information.
